I notice people in this forum who has short-term horizon will want an (unrealistic IMO) dividend-announcement of a quarterly payments, the rest of us will prefer share-buy backs, until SIAF serve as a proper holding company. We are supposed to invest for the future, but no matter what people suggest here there will be whining from people who has waited for 8 years.
The fund-managers you refer to will come with Tri-way, and its one of the reasons they went for this COSO strategy. SIAF is in the point where Tri-way FINALLY is about to become independent, a target they have aiming at for several years. Do you really think they suddenly will care of stock price for investors with a few months perspective?!
