It is about uncertainty you can't buyback when in possession of insider info (like always in this company!), you can't buy from the ask, you are restricted by volume, do you even know about all the rules that applies when you are buying back shares!!??

I'm thinking somewhere between 15-25 cents a quarter and a maybe also a statement that this will at least remain at that level in the coming years!

And then it is not just that you take say 5% of the shares from the O/S.It is a much higher % in terms of the float and those will be from the weakest hands.

If you read what I wrote, I was talking about eps&p/b(that no one have ever cared about)! There will be a small support to the downside on the pps but that is probably it! They could be gone from bid for weeks or even months, f.e. when in negotiations with a potential partner....geez is this so hard to understand?
