Because this is a discussion board for FHBC. And, because it is also a forum for learning about investing in penny stocks. The key word in your post is "possibility". Is there some harm in discussing all "possibilities"?

FHBC will most likely do what is right by share holders. But, information posted here could also apply to other penny stocks that offer spin off shares as an inducement to purchase company shares. I made others here aware of having received restricted shares that never became free trading. Therefore, penny players are now aware that spin off or restricted dividend shares could be a scam. The more you know, the more you grow. LOL!!
