Trump gets 4/10 reading speeches others write for him. He loses 2 for his 'ok (in U.S.A.) finger language, cuz things really aren't much ok for
him, and 4 for his hypocrisy and history. He gets say 2/10 for his ad-libs. The 2 for the maybe 2% he gets close to right the first time around.
