Preciouslife, I make one too. I start with about an ounce of apple cider vinegar, 2 and a half ounces of lemon juice. Then I sprinkle in powdered ginger, granulated garlic, ground cinnamon, and oregano. Then I add a heaping teaspoon of turmeric. I mix it up and power it down. You got to power it down because it tastes terrible. I drink in every other day. I think I need more turmeric. I do eat cucumbers, but maybe a littyle mint might be good.

I just got infection in my left foot. On my last day of antibiotics. I am diabetic, but trying to reverse it. I am taking one third the glipizide I was and my morning blood sugar readings a much better. My blood pressure was a little high, now on the low side of normal. This is mainly from avoiding the high density carbs, like grains, potatoes, beans, process food and sugar. Mainly the Paleo diet. Hope to be off meds if I can lose another 8 or so pounds. Lost 12 so far. All this in the last 4 months.

Excellent 18 minute if you are anybody you know is diabetic, followed by the paleo diet.
