The smallest amount of DD would shows it takes 16-24 weeks on average for a Reg A offering. 10-14 weeks from first filing to completion. Tomorrow is week 13 (from filing) and it's been amended twice (on schedule) so we should be going live literally any day.

There have been no delays, it's part of the process. Impatient shareholders wanting news before the filing makes no sense, and imo is 100% driven by selfish interests. The CEOs plan to keep the many PRs locked and loaded until AFTER the Reg A goes live makes a ton of sense and will benefit shareholders greatly.
