NAME CHANGE; Day TradeXchange; On April 7th, 2017, the Board of Directors of the parent Company “Syndication Inc.”, in effort to streamline
the marketing, customer services and shareholder recognition, passed resolutions to change the name of the
Company to reflect that of its wholly owned subsidiary, “Day TradeXchange, Inc.”. The Board recognized
that DTX had evolved into the true operating engine of the company and highlighting its success would
work to enhance potential shareholder and brand value. Too, within the realm of marketing and shareholder
valuation, it would eliminate the confusion and need to explain the corporate relationships between DTX
and SYNJ.
