So realistically absolutely nothing to do with the company?

And I've written three letters with zero response...

1. Gregory Bourque named CEO on June 5, 2017, signed July 18,2017, filed August 1, 2017. Why the delay?

2. June 5 PR about acquiring Rooftop Communications and all of its subsidiaries, then changing to Rooftop (IOT) and its subsidiaries on August 7. Which is it?

3. May 19 PR reduction in O/S from 15 bil to 7.5 bil but no amendment filed...June 20 PR states that the O/S will remain the same at 15 bil. Thanks.

4. All PR's released for the beginning of this fiscal year pretty much, most do not seem exist as registered businesses. Can any of these deals be verified? HardRock Cafe corporate states that thy do not sell any Hemp related items in the US due to federal laws. One bakery doesn't exist, the other has a website with no business registration.

5. Quarterliy 'unaudited' can any of the claims be verified? Simply because the numbers do not add up.
