Looks like Geotraq is part of ARCI now which will provide geotraq with the capital it needs to bring the technology to market which GOTRAQ and Mark Cullivan have been waiting on since they are bringing a module to market using Geotraqs technology... Mark Cullivans old company traded on the higher exchange and now Geotraq acquired by a Nasdaq stock, mmmmmmmm im thinking this is being risen from the dead
