It's quite simple really.

1) zero investor transparency
2) each good PR brought the price down significantly
3) CV running the show
4) someone in Oregon claiming he called customer service to find store locations and got no srraight answer
5) the constant dumping of big blocks
6) unaudited company (someone correct me if im wrong) but i dont think there is any formal procedure auditing CBD companies till the federal government get their act together
7) if point 6 is true, do we really know how much money they have? Do we know any real facts?
8) the little investors this ticker does have shows lack of investor confidence

If anyone would like to add to the list?
