Seriously, if you are Nervous Nancy's about Wallach and Mayer, do some actual research for yourself. Go look at actual decisions they are involved in.

IN CASE YOU DIDN"T UNDERSTAND THIS EACH AND EVERY CASE IS BASED ON ITS OWN MERITS.

There is no hard fast rule that if you see either or both, then POOF! your patents are gone. The odds of getting both on panel are small, and even if they do both end up on panel, this isn't VHC, VRINGO or any other stock you lost money in.

Go read some decisions from these judges in regards to software patents and see for yourself what they are tossing and what they are not, I promise you will find a common theme. WDDD is more closely related to the ones getting through than the ones that are getting killed. In my honest opinion. I am no lawyer, no patent expert, just a somewhat smart guy that can read.
I suggest you do some reading before you get scared out of your shares.
