I would recapitalize the company. Do a share buy back with convertible bonds - 0% for the first 2 years which would be enough to support this pig if its science ever gets off the ground. The strike price would be in the $2 range so its non dilution right now.

Cut all the ridiculous salaries and overhead - what do they do??????

Force all officers to buy shares on the open market and quit giving away shares for free.
