pink: Let's pretend for a second that YA Global was decided against their former policies and now wants to save NeoMedia shareholders from, well, YA Global. YA puts up a couple million for a company with a $500,000 market cap. They file all the paperwork.

Then, you have to wait a full year before the company can be used in a reverse merger. In the mean time, they still risk FINFA shutting down trading.

You can go buy a shell that is fully compliant for $100,000.

There is no case for how or why a newly benevolent YA would do anything with NeoMedia.

YA Global is not coming to your rescue.

A 'buy' has a specific definition for investors. However, anyone is free to ignore that to make their case.
