Did anyone notice this in the conference materials?

Retained TPH as financial advisor to assist in evaluating alternatives to increase liquidity, reduce leverage and provide development capital.

This is the same TPH that was hired in the Sun Run/Alta Mesa transaction. Coincidence?

IMO, they are setting up to merge. They are in between those properties!
