Yes, maybe Lakeshore can simply just ditch ECOS and proceed on their own. That is if the LLC owns the licensing agreements.
If ECOS, not the LLC, owns the agreements then Lakeshore may be DEPENDENT on ECOS to obtain additional remediation units (and perhaps even operate them).
Otherwise why would Lakeshore be even bothering with this failing shell of a company, as you describe it.
