Well last Thursday and Friday the volume traded was up which I presume were people with pre knowledge of the PR. On Friday 800,000 volume with high and close of 1.20 and low of 1.05. I take that as a favorable reaction. This might give the company a more level playing field with the Series B if and when the company gets other financing offers. We know KKR wanted 42 per cent of wmih...which takes years given the 382 restrictions on 5 per cent or greater shareholders. I cannot see KKR bailing after all this time. They saw potential and value then and the corporate tax rate is probably not going to get cut to under 28 percent. Given that shareholders were asking for a contingency plan of some sort at the shareholder meeting, this may just be to appease investors. It really is not determinative of where the company is at in the acquisition process.
