hmmm....notable price and volume surge at end of day today...bumping up to 52-wk highs on more than twice greater than avg daily volume...

some kind of news coming? company seems in good/interesting longer-term shape either way...but price needs to sustainably break .40 to start a new leg up in shorter term....
