Apparently the auditors couldn't get it done in time. You need to keep in mind that the annual 10-K covers a year in which they bought back the VitaCig product line from VTCQ/OMHE, they acquired Grow Contractors and Cho, formed new divisions for Cannabis Supply and IT (Gigesoft) and sold the VitaCBD brand to Stoney Hill. All of these would have had to be audited, not to mention the fact that these companies, divisions and partners are spread across the US.

mCig has stated that the audit is now complete and they expect to have the financials published by the end of the month.
