Mueller thought he could get the right to drill (bore large holes). I think he was plenty smart to make up his own mind about that, and I had no way of knowing what possibly helpful political connections he may have had available. Let's let this rest. It's not relevant to the current situation in any way. Although claims of fraud and deceit may help the stock move.
