Newcomers to LBSR: No fraudulent Mueller deal happened

That is correct newcomers and old timers, the deal was never consummated because Mueller (the Inventor) could not raise the money. I'm guessing his investor's did due diligence and realized the claims were not usable.

But it make NO DIFFERENCE whether deal went thru or not. The claims could not be used for Mueller's purpose and he was being deceived on that issue.

I spoke to Mueller myself and was completely satisfied that the deal was what Jim Briscoe said it was.

Each of Bernie Madoff's investor's were completely satisfied at the time they invested also. They were the ones being conned. And Mueller was being conned. WHY THE HECK WOULD MUELLER PAY 5 MILLION DOLLARS FOR CLAIMS THAT COULD NOT GET PERMITTED FOR EXPLORATION??!! WHY WOULD HE PAY PAY 5 MILLION DOLLARS FOR CLAIMS WORTHLESS FOR THE PURPOSE HE WAS BUYING THEM FOR, FOR HIS URANIUM EXTRACTION INVENTION??!

Price of uranium remained discouraging. Deal didn't work as hoped. That's not fraud

Stop regurgitating Briscoe's absurd lie that the price of uranium was an issue. It was not relevant. Another deceitful dodge. The price of uranium could have been $1,000,000 per oz and it still would not have mattered if the claims could not be explored/mined to produce even a single ounce of uranium.
