The RS will happen just as soon as George has fully diluted the company. Keep in mind there is no revenue and the bills need to get paid including the Coates boys salaries! Where do you think that cash comes from? On a go forward , those expenses will not disappear as George has been bilking the company for decades and THAT will not change. The only thing Coates has to sell is SHARES anyone telling you otherwise is full of it!
