SOUTHERNERS EXPRESS GRIEF ABOUT KISSIMMEE SHOOTING

CONDEMN BLACK LIVES MATTER



Kissimmee - Members and friends of Save Southern Heritage Florida wish to extend our heart felt sympathy and sadness over the tragic shooting this weekend of three of the City of Kissimmee's brave police officers, two of whom were mortally injured in the line of duty.

"Our heart goes out the the families and friends of the slain Kissimmee Police officers and our thoughts and prayers are with them" said Doug Guetzloe, Save Southern Heritage - FL spokesmen. "And we pray for a speedy recovery of the injured" he added.

"I have a special appreciation for this tragedy, as my great-grandfather, Special Agent John V. Waters, was the first Federal law enforcement officer shot and killed in the line of duty in Florida" Guetzloe said. (Pictured here)

This tragic shooting came in the same week as protesters around the country created anarchy and violence as part of "Resistance Summer" featuring the a drama playing out before our eyes to erase Florida history in Orlando and elsewhere around Florida and the nation.

Save Southern Heritage - FL can't help but notice that those calling for deaths of our law enforcement officers (Black Lives Matter) are the same people calling for the removal of Southern heritage.

Black Lives Matter protesters have chanted "Pigs in a Blanket - Fry them like Bacon" at rallies, and also have led the initiative for removal of Tampa's Confederate Monument. A recent study of those involved in the 'take down' project and social media posts revealed BLM activists are leaders in the Erase-ist movement of taking down "Beautiful Sculptures" in Florida. "We condemn Black Lives Matter and their anti-law enforcement, anti-history agenda" Gutezloe said. "Law Enforcement Officers and Confederate Monuments have something in common...Black Lives Matter wants them both taken down" Guetzloe concluded.
