Mr. Chu has requested the return of Box Trader and Box Voyager to Box Ships and the use of the proceeds from the Allseas sale of Voula Seas for $5.3 million to pay off the receivables of $2.7 owed by Allseas to Box Ships but have not heard any responses since his letter of August 4, 2017 to the BOD of Box Ships.


It appears the BOD and Management is unresponsive to any requests for changes.


Every common shareholder need to request the same and ask that the BOD find ways to build common equity value for Box Ships versus building equity value of Allseas and the CEO's private entities.
