It is a program that is running on an algorithm. It is a good sign because that means that somebody is still collecting the shares, I am just trying to move it to a higher rate. Bill bounce between small purchases up-and-down up-and-down up-and-down until they get it to a higher rate and then they will launch some news or something and then it will blow up. Just hang tight eventually this will pay off.
