MOU's..JV's..LOI's.."signing stuff" is a favored, cheap-and-easy way managements raise expectations and stimulates knee-jerk buying.

I'll put this MOU on the pile of the dozens of other "news" releases Alpper has announced. I'll wait till he actually follows through before getting too excited
