Wording for when R&G was hired in Dec. 2016. We still don't know for sure if they are on contingency. But this allows for the possablility. This is from 1Q '17.
I can't see how SFOR is paying for R&G. My guess is contingency. In the past 18 months they have applied for 3-4 more patents to strengthen their Protectid. This is very costly with the writing of the patents and filing that I'm sure must be paid for up front.
Now also, "We are also working with a patent attorney firm to plan our strategy to aggressively enforce the patent rights relating to our granted Keystroke Encryption patents that help protect our GuardedID® and MobileTrust® products."
I'm going to throw it out there. Do we have a third law firm about to start litigation to protect and enforce the keystroke encryption patents we have. If there is a third giant law firm getting involved or just one of the two involved "double downing" on more lawsuits. We are in for a ride. Weather or not if settlements start coming in.
But there are no guarantees.
No settlements = No SFOR.
