It can drop anytime between now and before opening bell on Tuesday ... sounds like he is ready to pull the trigger but just wants to see how Market reacts on Monday

Honestly I wonder myself how Monday is going to be ... might be a slow day due to solar eclipse ... but we have had 2 penny up days on low volume wink
