I don't doubt you about its scam past, but have any of these prior mergers filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State not to mention mmm being out of this now ? Not to mention the credentials of the men involved? Those resumes are very impressive you must admit. Also possibly working a 2 billion dollar deal ? Who knows what may be going on behind the scenes now? 20 years is a lot of fraud but if this shell was just acquired by the VC chase uncovered then who cares their past ? This looks like monster RM, we shall see.
