I believe a lot of investors are thinking they should have responded by now. Since the date was round the 10th-11th or so, of the news of all five IPR Petitions. Actually it's the end of this week. The amount is shares traded isn't anything to be concerned with. Investors panic.

IMHO, two out of five IPR Petitions will be instituted (just based on statistics) and most of the claims in the Apple trial will be validated. From what I've been told, even if all claims aren't validated there's still value in the Patents. Depends on which claims. Maybe not $ 58 billion worth. lol. I just hope Emil is smart enough to convey this to his shareholders.
