I turned down offers for Decn consultant shares when it was at much higher prices.

Wow, that's a revelation. And here I thought all along that nobody at DECN had ever spoken to you, corresponded with you, nor met you. In today's litigious society, certainly you have copies of emails, letters and other correspondence, or a consulting contract draft that was provided to you by an officer or director of DECN so that you could become a paid consultant. And what would the duties be of this paid position and what was the rate of pay?

I think this is not news, as you have commented on this multiple times when it was brought up previously. Why don't you ask Berman who offered me shares, not once but twice. Both times I turned down the offer. I suppose Berman didn't try to get me to leak public information either...

You would have to ask the person who offered the shares and position, both times I said NOT INTERESTED before the conversation went a sentence further. I think everyone gets my position on Berman, the ex BOD of TAUG

TAUG's financials are audited, so knock yourself out.
