Well they let StraightPath completely off the hook when fraud was 99% certain. They just didn't want licenses tied up in the courts for years.

Seems fair that they would let Fibertower off the hook who had zero fraud and actually tried to put the licenses to use and had a history of contributing millions fold to the advancement of wireless telecom than StraightPath could ever imagine. With that being said though can the FCC make the transfer conditional upon Fibertower and ATT squaring away other parties who were unjustly screwed in the first pass?

The petitions to deny by some shareholders make a solid case and provided some sound logic.
