I said nothing about misstating....but the fact remains that the Lattuca case is closed and Cacique Mining has no liability from that case..and now that Cacique Mining has reverse merged into the GEGI shell that clearly has no liabilities from the Lattuca case ( because nobody using an Attorney would EVER try to do something illegal like that, except maybe Lattuca), they can finally put that issue to bed and the buying frenzy starts at 9:30am tomorrow...I'm giving you a free ticket to watch, its going to be an action packed adventure!!!!
