People in the beginning did not realize the game Obama was playing with FnF conservatorship. Through Phoenix speech it clearly comes out about who was controlling FnF conservatorship.

Obama did not have any knowledge or experience in running Gov or Business Enterprises. He also did not have much knowledge of finance, economy, mortgage finance. Wall Street appointees took full advantage of these facts.

Presidents should have well rounded background in running Gov and Business Enterprises, problem solving and preferably a MBA/Technologist and never a lawyer
