Honestly I try and run through all the scenarios from the perspective of the Hedge Funds, FCC, ATT etc...and try to remove any confirmation bias that I have. It's not about what's just, it is about what these Hedge Funds can get away with and what best suits their needs going forward. I wouldn't think it would be wise to continuously use the FCC as a means to enrich yourselves and screw the public but there is my bias kicking in.

To this day it still blows my mind that you had this asset in limbo and the courts allowed a valuation of $0 with no clause at all allocating it properly in the event of a successful outcome which is what we have today.

As some of the petitions clearly outlined how can a plan forward rely on an asset you are placing a zero valuation on?
