BTW- for anyone at home who wants truth- they list the most recent named DEFENDANT first on the list down below after the court name listing had basic info.

So in the lines below where it shows Genesis Electronics and Genesis Electronics Group and then Dillo, Purdon etc - all that means is they most recently had tried to name Genesis Electronics as defendant -

The case is clearly identified by its denfedant LATTUCA vs PURDON. Someone might even want to go back to my pic and mark it up to further show Lattuca the name of his own court case and which defendant he really went after once he realized Purdon doesn't own GEGI
