Not re trying anything, just giving a few tidbits of what is coming. You seem to idolize Attorney Herzog. I think he is a scumbag and rather than doing his job ethically he instead pursued a path where he could engorge himself with billable hours.

Can't wait to see the finished complaint on him..

By the way, I was hoping you would explained why Cowan et al, Herzog and XL Insurance managed to open themselves up to a direct lawsuit for damages in a class action shareholder suit.
