Hey uhh Tom,how about showing up over here and telling us WHY this would matter. You want us to vote without knowing anything about anybody? Hell,after a YEAR of this BS and MASSIVE DILUTION that's where were at right now.

I want to KNOW who is the majority shareholder of this em...Company. I also want to know WHAT these new people will plan to do or I'll throw my proxy in the trash. This Tom Smith (who posted ONCE on this board in a YEAR) could have spelled it out of what the Company plans are IF these three new board guys take over. What did we get in his letter?? NOTHING.

I've never seen a proxy where it just says HEY vote for these guys to take over....Thank you,goodbye.
