Haha I wish there were a board, if there were Parsi would have been replaced by a far more competent CEO.

I don't know your background but you certainly don't know mine. I've had some pretty good success in business, mostly financing and working movies at one of the largest studios in the world.

We have a community college stock broker as a CEO. And look at his past decisions and how they've hurt the value of the company. He just doesn't have the experience to run a public company but since it was his idea, there's nothing we can do but hope he figures it out before the inevitable next round of toxic notes are issued
