Thinking of going Hippy and renting a space from them in Washington.
They show you how and seems like they have you pay your share of the CAM.
Then they take a percentage of the profit too. Marijuana Mafia but who cares if you can make a million per year and with them holding your hand the whole way success is pretty much garanteed.
Actually a good business model.
