Clearly a case of kickbacks. What intelligent professional who reached the level of management would in good faith give away so many shares for such a tiny debt. Either kickbacks or these "notebolders" are actual business companions. They have been successful at painting a picture of a successful company while using investor's money to profit themselves. Just another form of a scam imo.
