Dsaul, I know Kiewit has been analyzing the pilot plant and tweaking the process before designing the upscaled commercial plant. However, I didn't know they are also responsible for signing off on the test results and have hired a 3rd party contractor for oversight. I haven't seen that reported, so it's news to me. Can you confirm this? Assuming true, that should ease the minds of some skeptics (but it won't) who still believe CCTI is selling snake oil. I'm not even sure that Kiewit, the DOE, or anyone else has publically acknowledged working with CCTI, which only breeds skepticism.
