As long as Rich doesn't dilute charting can work. Problem is, he recently received 67M from the TA. Who knows when they'll hit the street. My guess is done have already and I'm thinking the extra 4M just issued by TA were for debtor shares to go to the broker/trustee in charge of following the 10%/day rule.
