E- They will bring integrity back to the Board, will hire a competent CEO and President for both Peregrine and Avid and will listen to all shareholders.
F- They install a fair nomination and election process for yearly election to the BOD.
G-Compensation Committee will cut board members salaries by half cut and options for BOD will be cut by 90%
