As far as share count and price TAUG is in much better shape than say DECN shareholders are. I suppose if TAUG wanted to emulate Berman he could do a 1/80 reverse split followed by a 1/14 reverse split and wipe shareholders out.

Since nearly a billion shares of dilution are caused by the malpractice TAUG is in good shape for trial. Especially when certain Cowan ex employees testify under oath. Lol

As far as dilution I bet the jury will be furious when they learn how Cowan et al and Herzog intentionally and maliciously impeded TAUGs efforts to get current. In fact It will be great hearing Seth testify regarding Herzogs actions. Are you in the loop. Check your facts
