Definition of dumping: When a scammer "dumps" their shares into the market for retail to buy.

Frequently the dump occurs in a large volume, and the PPS goes down.

Given there are 2.4B in the O/S, each insider can dump 24M/Q.

Does suck bad traders sold for nothing but those shares all got bought up.

As opposed buying on 08-Aug, and watching it go into free fall. In that context flip traders playing differences of 0.0002 are doing better than those holding for the "big money". Then again, if caught doing this at 0.0045 - they have flip traded themselves into a tangle. Needing another PR, or a paid promo to escape.
