After doing a bit of research today (see previous post) I believe it is relatively safe to say the company will be getting more orders. I say this based on how they are developing new contacts and making improvements to their product based on these contacts and in looking back and comparing this “market debut” with the one they had in 2014. There are significant differences in where the company is and the information/proof they are providing regarding their product. The question for new investors is how much more investment do they need to make in the product before they will get orders, and how large will the orders be. Cool Tech is having to not only sell product, but create the existence of a market for vehicle integrated mobile power generation.

But despite coming to this conclusion I have no idea whether this is a good entry price. IF they have to make investments near a half to full million dollars then I would expect a substantial drop in price to half or less the current price. Right now it doesn’t seem there is much demand for, or interest in their stock. This is understandable given their history and the ongoing dilution.

But if you look at only the major news that has happened since CoolTech’s run in 2014 it is hard not to admit their is more substance to what is happening now. Meaning we hear about something and there is follow through. For example Craftsmen relationship continued to be news and they recently placed a small order, validating their interest and support. In the past they would make an announcement that would be awesome, that never came to fruition (like LPC funding, UPT opening up, and taking submersible pumps to market).

Likelyhood of MG sales in near-term
My guess is that it will take at least a few months for more MG sales to be announced. I say months because they need weeks to finish up the software update. Anyone considering buying a MG unit would likely want to wait until they see a demonstration with the new software. CoolTech is either spending $$ on supporting new capabilities and functionalities because they believe the investment has a reasonable chance of paying off and is a better use of $$ than marketing the Ford only product; or it could be they couldn’t find anyone wanting the ‘just Ford’ option at all and they have not choice. If its the former, I think there is a good chance for more orders shortly after the completion of the software upgrade. If the latter the slog to build market continues. With the number of parties interested I expect another 1 or 2 to make small purchases before the end of the year. I would like to see something other than a small order, but I’m not holding my breath.

More agreements to partner in product?
The Craftsmen and Veteran Technology Group agreements were preceded with direct quotations from major stakeholders of these companies being used in a CoolTech news/blog article. The major demonstration at Craftsmen included a direct quote from Hakan Kostepen (Executive Directory of Innovation & Strategy at Panasonic). I think a company willing to publicly associate itself with another company is a big deal. For example, I would love to see Craftsmen post links to CoolTech on their website. That hasn’t happened. I think companies only allow themselves to be directly quoted if they want to get something out the announcement. Craftsmen and VTA wanted to sell their own services and products with any CoolTech sales. My guess is Panasonic wants the same, but Panasonic maybe able to bring more customers to CoolTech. Such an agreement with Panasonic would be great. If they are wanting to build their own sales through CoolTech, I wonder whether it is batteries or technology that Panasonic is interested in. I feel it is safe to say they are/were interested because they were quoted. Kostepen’s area of specialty from a google search seems to be the internet of things, but I don't know how that fits in with CoolTechn's mobile generation.

Generator meaningful generator/motor license agreement in the near-term?
They said they were negotiating one now. If they can come to terms and if it isn’t a long-shot revenue (fuel cells in cars is not going to have high demand anytime soon if ever so if its this company I’m not sure any substantial revenue would ever appear from such an agreement. But if the contract included an upfront fee CoolTech would still benefit).
