Exactly. When and how does having a trial where patients all appear to be living longer and where a vast majority are receiving the treatment not really get helped by that. Umm, probably when early treatment patients need to be compared to late treatment patients and you are trying to get the trial done sooner rather than later because it is killing the sponsor but you are forced to wait for separation because all patients appear to be living longer due to access to treatment.
