Quiet: I friend of mine also suggested a possible lawsuit in this matter as everything he did was so wrong. You let the market dictate what the share price runs to and he wrongfully intervened in my opinion. I realize the market cap was getting overly excessive but how many companies have overly excessive market caps and share prices? Hello AMZN? And when DRYS went from $1 to $100 a while back, the market dictated that and the CEO shouldn't be involved.
