NSAV CEO couldn't be making it any more OBVIOUS Building Web Sites before any filings or Production Contracts to those of us in the "REAL BUSINESS WORLD", not OTC land. NSAV CEO Lacks SUBSTANCE and CHARACTER.

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
