By your own admission, you have a vested interest in the plant and the company being successful. So it is no surprise that you promote a favorable view of the company.

That being said, is the plant visit for real? While I have little enthusiasm for sitting through a presentation about known information, I could be more enthusiastic if 1- the company is paying for travel expenses for anyone attending; or 2- Neary, BBB and John Sinks (aka Cotrader, not the real Sinks) will be there. Please enlighten me.
